Formerly listed Mercer County Most Wanted fugitive apprehended

The Mercer County Sheriff's Office has announced the capture of fugitive John Applegate.



Applegate, 44, was caught by authorities on Feb. 18.

He was listed on Trentonian.com as a Most Wanted fugitive on Feb. 12.

Applegate was wanted  for failing to appear in court in relation to a probation violation.
